Remove nvrtx::findIncludePath #362
Description
Starting from CUDA 13, some of the folders within the include/cuda folder have been relocated, for instance to include/cuda/cccl.
For now, this issue has been mitigated through the following PR #361, however, a future cudawrappers release should drop nvrtx::findIncludePath in favor of nxrtx::findIncludePaths.
