Broken with Daily 58 on Windows

I know that there was some major change that broke addons somewhere in Daily v56 or v57. Since upgrading to v58 from some version before v56 (I apologize that I don't remember). The hotkey (F9), File menu item, and automatic closing on minimize don't work. I am using the latest addon version from AMO.
