hmlid element missing for 1.0.1

I tried submitting some of the samples up to the NMDP test site and they failed with

Error validating HML message - HML message does not contain an HMLID and will be rejected.

I added the following and they worked:

<hmlid root="878678" extension="898765" />

Hope this helps someone else.
