other-configs: coccinelle point it to native install

In commit 13e103e ("build-env.sh: coccinelle: Switch to prebuilt
package") we switched to native install of coccinelle. however, in the
container environment, paths still point to the path that would have
been used if locally built.. uggh.. Fix the same.
