Echopype is a package built to enable interoperability and scalability in ocean sonar data processing. This Dockerfile creates an image that can be easily dropped into a Jupyter Hub for a geospatial environment with echopype. The base image is py-rocket-geospatial-2 which is a Python+R geospatial image. See the Python geospatial packages in the image.
