Checkpoints mismatch with code

The checkpoints on Google Drive (instseg_full.ckpt, align.ckpt) do not match the public code architecture. instseg_full.ckpt has 7/8 output classes but code expects 12. align.ckpt references private module lingualsystems. Could you please provide compatible checkpoints or tag the matching commit?
