Calibre Plugins

The button to import plugins from a file does not seem to be there.

That's not the right location. Go into Preferences, choose Plugins, and then Load plugin from file.

Wrong area. Click the Preferences button on the main menu (not the drop-down menu). Then the Plugins button at the bottom left under Advanced. Then you'll see the Load from file button.

This problem was due to older (10.0.3) version of DeDRM. With new version (10.0.9) I was able to convert all books except two, both of which were .AZW format. The log file is attached:

Download a fresh copy of the books and re-add to calibre.

Yes, a fresh download has fixed the GOT book collection. The Oxford dictionary is not a book but rather a Kindle app. Apparently, Calibre allows importing of the file, although it cannot be viewed. Didn't notice the other one was a dictionary. I remember j-howell (the person behind the KFX Input plugin) recently mentioning that dictionaries in kfx format were structured in a way that dedrm couldn't handle.
