DeDRM of rented books

Hello all, is there some way to DeDRM book rented from public libraries? They allow only 2 weeks of rental, that is really too short, then you have to queue up on the waiting list for a new rental when books will be available again, very annoying...

I use the Overdrive libraries to borrow the book and download the link. I had used Adobe Digital Editions for years so when the dedrm no longer worked I added deacsm tool and that works bypassing ADE entirely. I do use a PC and not an app so I think that makes the difference though.
