The Razer Pro Click Mini has dedicated buttons for right and left scrolling. However, after clicking the right or left scroll button, any movement with the mouse will perform horizontal scrolling until the reverse scroll button is pressed.
Although the horizontal scrolling function in applications works normally, the built-in buttons are much easier to use.
This issue does not occur with the Razer Basilisk V3.
