Text field values are replaced when SetGroup is moved

When two SetGroups are swapped in a workout, the visible values are mixed up. When you exit and re-enter the screen, the values are reset to what they should be.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create routine with multiple exercises
2. Enter different values for each exercise
3. Swap two exercises (move up/down)
4. exit and re-enter screen
