Is "follow mode" possible with ov?

Please forgive me if the following question is already answered somewhere in the ov docs, and that I just might have missed that answer. I searched for this topic and didn't find it anywhere.

Is there any way to get ov to work in "follow" mode, like "less +F file"?

If not, that would be a very nice feature to add to the already great ov program!
