[Feature]: Custom `pkgdown` template

• Create No Clocks, LLC branded pkgdown template.

Should implement/include the following:

• Use bootstrap version 5
• custom bslib theme setup (colors, fonts, sizing, etc.)
• any extra sass/scss/css/js
• plausible analytics script included in header
• development mode
• Include dark mode toggle
• Include myself, Patrick, and No Clocks as authors
• Add additional (optional) "reports" to the website and navigation for:
  • coverage reports and details
  • testdown test results and summary
  • gitdown git commit summary and contributions
  • changelog (separate from NEWS)
• custom opengraph settings (image, twitter, linkedin, etc.)
• custom navbar setup with search, intro, reference, articles, tutorials, examples, news, github, social, reports
• No Clocks favicon package
