Should we remove support for building with MSVC?

V8 and Chromium don't support it officially (they use Clang on all platforms AFAIK) and I have to investigate compiler issues on Windows almost for each V8 update.

Have we ever tried building Node.js with Clang on Windows?

I haven't tried again recently, but there is nodejs/node#35433 which attempts to build Node.js with Visual Studio's Clang plugin.
