Update Node.js version and related examples in README.md
- Bump all Node.js version references to 22 - Update Docker and Docker Compose examples to use node:22 - Adjust ports and commands in Compose example for consistency - Remove deprecated fields from Compose example This keeps documentation up to date and reduces confusion for users.
