Breadcrumbs dont show complete path

Breadcrumbs were added as part of migrating to PatternFly. it was a rush job, in which they were never working properly.


## Details

Get the bread crumbs working properly. they should display the following `module home -> module list -> model name -> object name` i.e. `ITAM -> Devices -> Device -> <The devices name>`
