Video in swiper React Breaking Navigation

How can I make the swiper numbering correctly update when a video loads? I'm not sure if this is a bug of swiper, I can make an issue if it is. The observer does not seem catch when the video loads and begins to take up much more space than it originally did. This is leading to less numbers(in the fraction pagination) than there actually are and clicking on the arrows does not shift the correct distance.
