Swiper script works for me, but not for anyone else?

Hello, I'm experiencing a strange bug. Scroll down the the bottom of this page: https://www.tcbk.com/

There is a swiper there with three slides, it should slide when you click on the tabs, but I'm hearing most people tell me that the 3 slider images are stacked and the swiper doesn't work. All of the slides images appear in the first tab.

The other strange thing is, it worked fine upon until a few days ago. So I'm wondering if something else is conflicting with it. I know its running version 7, but even when I tested it by adding version 10 people still said the same thing, it's not working. Yet, every time I view it from my work/personal computers it appears totally fine for me. What gives? Is there some conflict that I'm not aware of?
