Swiper.JS - Fixed content inside slide and hide/show with scroll interactions.

I need my content to stay fixed as the user scrolls and work with scroll-interactions instead. The fade-effect is close to what I want however it disables scrollbar so scroll interactions are not possible. Also swiper.js wont accept my divs to stay fixed inside my swiper-slide so this wont do it either. What's the workaround for this? Parallax?
