How to start swiper on mouseover?

Hello everyone!
Please take a look at the following page:

The slider on that page starts on mouseover and pause when mouse is gone. If you click on the slider, the project page will open.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to implement this. Does anyone of you have an idea?

So, I've made some progress. Start and stop works with the code below. Now I still need a solution for link to the project.
