.swiper-button-next/prev gets clipped when push outside swiper-wrapper

Bug description

I want to place the .swiper-button-next and .swiper-button-prev buttons according to this UI.

When I try to push the buttons to the side using --swiper-navigation-sides-offset: -15px, I get this -

As you can see the button is getting clipped.

I tried increasing the z-index but that didn't help.
