Student Rosters

We have run into some adjustments the student roster needs to reflect:

1. For the student registered to the course, it shows their first Acad Program, but not the latest. If a student has withdrawn or changed their mind, that active program is not listed. Can that be fixed?

2. When a student drops the course, he/she still appears on the roster. Can that be fixed?

1. What course sec ID are you looking at to see this issue?
2. Drops are supposed to be there on the roster.

Course section ID is 19/VE-BI-101-01 roster as an example. #1305 changed programs, but her old acad-prog is showing on the list. #1530 was dropped from the course, but he is still listed on the roster. We use student rosters for attendance. We print them and distribute to professors. We just wanted to point out that little things like this just cause minor confusion. Thanks!
