Black Screen after adding a Task

I activated my license, added a new task and right after clicking on button to add the task I created with a deadline and reminder, the app now shows a black screen as seen in attachment.
I tried everything but it just won't work. The only fix I found is uninstalling and installing the app again.

I am still trying to recreate the issue, but seems like i can add the remind me time. anyway did reinstalling fixed your problem?

Since you uninstalled and installed few times I am resting your license activation limit, so that you can activate 5 times more.

@nomandhoni-cs No Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix my issue. It again gave me black screen. that's why I used the license 3 times and the last time I used it is in my last install so I have an active license right now, thank you for reseting my activation limit but now I may activate 6 devices in total (the current active and 0/5 used) so you can add 1 activation.

Also I want to mention that the first time I uninstalled the app I saw an option to also clear the data wich I selected. But the second time I uninstalled the app I didn't see this option and when I installed again it opened the black screen. I needed to manually delete the folders in roaming and local the folder com.blinkeye.app. I installed with MSI installer on windows. I uninstalled with uninstaller in the blink eye folder and It didn't show me option to clear data. Maybe this can be something that can be worked towards I could find the data with the help of everything app which search in all my storage for files or folders containing the query I input.
