The version of cmake you have installed must be cygwin/MSYS2 based, because it sees an absolute Windows path and tries to interpret it as a relative Linux path. You should install mingw-w64-x86_64-cmake instead. Or, just build in a Visual Studio Developer Command Prompt to use MSVC.
