How to update your local documents?

Once you add a folder with your local documents, how do you update them when you have added new content?

If you do it while GPT4All is running, then it should automatically rescan any documents that have changed. Otherwise, you currently need to either make a change in the collection folder while GPT4All is running to trigger a rescan (it will pick up your previous changes), or remove and re-add the collection.
