ROCM

Hi, I have a few questions about ROCM. System details at the bottom:

1. I noticed that on Windows with an Nvidia GPU, CUDA is a selectable device. On Linux, with an AMD GPU that has an AI accelerator (780M of 7840u), I don't see an equivalent, I just see the Vulkan GPU and the CPU even though my system has ROCM. Is ROCM supposed to be choice in this setting, like CUDA, if I set it up properly?
2. After reading the code of GPT4All a bit, I can see ROCM has a place in there. I have ROCM on my system. Would I need to do or verify to make ROCM usable on my GPT4All installation?

Device: 7840u with 780m, 64GB RAM, and an AI accelerator built in
OS: Aurora-DX, a Fedora-based atomic distro. It comes with ROCM.
GPT4All: my GPT4All is installed as a Flatpak
