I already said everything on the title anyway but please devs if i could've do it myself which i tried but couldnt find the right .qml files and stuff besides trying to do with little to no knowlegde its not easy yet, since I couldn't find the right files, either please add that button or just say which files i can use to modify my GPT4All so I can modify it to have it...

Totally hear you — UX-wise, it’s pretty frustrating when you lose a good AI response just because you hit “redo”.
Even something as simple as a local response edit button would go a long way for many people.
I’m not directly involved in this repo, but I’ve also run into similar “invisible .qml file” moments in other LLM apps — it’s like looking for Easter eggs with no map 😅

Hope this gets seen. You’re definitely not alone in wanting that edit feature.
Let me know if I stumble on anything useful while digging through UI configs elsewhere.
