TOOL support

I m gonna check to add tool support in the chat interface and code.
I might use it myself to make a standalone AI app for some people.

MCP/tool call use SSE server and mcp-proxy (or just stdio thread) most of the time to call code or function from side project when using an LLM.

For exemple.
pydantic got automatic agent system and tool call function, fastmcp also and langchain.

so i might take a long on frontend side.
If i do it before you i will make a pull request but if i m slow then maybe i just lack time
