[Feature] Add olmoe architecture

Feature Request

Add "olmoe" to the supported architecture list. It should work, as support for this model architecture was added in llama.cpp with ggml-org/llama.cpp#9462 (3 weeks ago). Current llama.cpp version in GPT4All is from 2 weeks ago.
