Package details view

Build a view that displays package details. Ideally it will be able to get the json payload from nom registry. This will be possible after this is implemented.

In order to display the package readme, will require a markdown parser, try this one

Pausing this for now, until endpoint is decided up on nomjs-registry to support this.
