Feature request: Add high level parser that streams the body

Would love to have a parser that returns the header at once when complete and then lets you stream the body data as it is parsed. This way we don't have to build up body state in the HTTPMessage builder, making handling large file uploads work just fine. If you send infinite headers it would still go out of memory, but in normal use cases this will be convenient and work fine.
