Updating Bot Parameters on the Fly

@DWMagus brought up a great point. What aspects of the bot need to be updatable without stopping the bot itself. What aspects of the bot need to be updated? And how to best do that?

Bot's personality and name are already coded in and can be changed out via command and JSON file.
