Adding a 2.2.0 theme version

Hi,
CTFd team added some improvements (#1188) to the CTFd front-end files.
And as you can see, this theme needs to have another branch or to have duplicate files with a different file extensions (.min.extension).
There is other changes described in that pull request and I don't know whether this project is concerned by them or not.
Are these changes can be added to this project ?

The last version that I can use for this theme is CTFd 2.1.5

I will be using 2.1.5 version and I will be waiting for releasing the new ctfd-theme-sigsegv2 update that will be compatible with the CTF 2.2.0 version
