- yard 0.9.38 is currently not supporting ruby 4.0, Add irb as dependency to avoid warning in Ruby v4.0 lsegal/yard#1636
- yard 0.9.38 is currently not supporting recent version of commonmarker, Commonmarker 1.0 support lsegal/yard#1528
- jekyll-commonmark 1.4 depends on commonmarker 0.2x which does not support ruby 4.0 ruby 4.0 support jekyll/jekyll-commonmark#61
- alembic theme requires old version of jekyll-commonmark [Bug]: Ruby 4.0 support daviddarnes/alembic#214
