Metrics package builder scripts

I’ve been exploring the X-Road Metrics project and trying to find documentation or instructions on how to build the package. However, it seems that the necessary build scripts or packaging details are not openly available, unlike the main X-Road project.
We kindly request, if possible, to consider making the build process and related materials open source as well. It would be greatly appreciated by the community.
