Add durations for individual steps (eg. Baking bread)

Hi,

I love Norish - absolutely great product you built there!
What would if make even better would be the ability to add durations to individual steps. I bake a lot of bread and things take time. Rest for 2h, rest for 12h, stretch and fold every 30 minutes etc. Would be extremely helpful to have this as a timeline in the recipe. Bonus points for maybe even adding a target time like "..I want to bake at 18:00, what time would I need to start..".

Would you mind making a feature request (issue) for this. I don't track discussions that well. I know issue sounds like something is wrong but this is GitHubs terminology.
