Local AI (open-webui) passes test of connection but all actions fail

I have Ollama and Open-Webui setup on my machine I'm trying to use qwen3-vl:8b as the model, I can get Norish to pass the connection test in settings. But if I try to use an import that uses AI, it fails and says to look in the browser consol. There is a lot of noise in there, so I'm not sure where to look for clues. Is there a log file somewhere that might be more helpful?
