santactl fileinfo does not indicate status for regex-matched files

Is there any way with santactl fileinfo to tell if a scope-matched binary would be allowed or prevented from running?

Detailed Question

Previously, you could run santactl fileinfo and it would indicate if a file would be allowed or blocked by Scope.
Now, it just shows:

Rule : None

I believe this was changed in 2025.6, but just wondering!

@jamiestrachan-shopify this was changed as part of the 2025.6 release with the inclusion of CEL rules.

This was changed in #436.

Previously we had used the decision field as that was static. However given that CEL makes some decisions runtime dependent we decided to only list explicit rules.

We're talking internally about adding the decision field back into santactl fileinfo.
