NES.css better use and solve the problem of pixel rendering

nes.css is excellent in terms of component libraries. I wonder if there are any plans for updates in the future

Provide a set of vue component library

I referred to nes.css and wrote a vue3 component library based on css houdini paintWorklet, and attempted to solve some pixel rendering error problems
