Path for configuration file of strips on mac

Hi,

i've added 2 esp8266 strips to the python program on my mac to visualize the music. But everytime one or both of them are not turned on (and therefore not connected) the program lags a looooot. sometimes i am unable to add or delete a new strip.

So where is the configuration for the strips saved? (e.g. MAC, IP, LEDs etc.) I want to edit the data inside and then launch the main.py program afterwards.
