Update preferences.md lines ~165 to 300

- Capitalization at the beginning of sentences
- Full stops at the end of sentences
- Embolden menu items
- Change menu item names (note: I didn't find any version information on this in https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/wiki/Changes)
- Better wording
- Capitalize C:\
