Describe Mark All similarly

Make the **Mark All** description match the **Replace All** description.

While doing that, also

* fixed "Styler Configurator" to "Style Configurator" to match actual menu entry and tool name
* fixed a couple of bulleted lists that weren't marked up correctly (they were incorrectly merged with the intro paragraph instead of rendering as a bulleted list)
