Using with Docker / mod_rewrite / RewriteBase

Hi, I have some difficulties (I'm not a real dev) with the htaccess and the RewriteBase

I first used MAMP (free mac version) to create my own theme, and it was hard to find how to modify my apache in MAMP to enable the RewriteBase.
I succeeded with the help of IA and internet forums. But was hard for an amateur like me. However, I have never had this type of difficulty with installation of Wordpress or CMSsimple in MAMP. And I have never needed to intervene on the http.conf of Apache in MAMP

Now I want to use docker image and container instead of MAMP. But in the official images on php with apache the mod_rewrite seems not to be activate. I've tried many things but still not working.

Have you a tip to configure the docker system to enable rewrite module or may be (I'm a newbie !) somethin in your script that will make novagaleery work in MAMP or a simple DOcker container with a simple php:8.XX-apache image ?
