Add support of unlocking vested balance

It would be great if Nova Wallet supports this exclusive feature, which is available only on Polkadot JS UI.

Just the unlock of the vested balance should do. Need not implement the whole vested transfer pallet features.

Just the ability for an account to send vesting.vest() call should do. Thanks for considering the request!

You already show the vesting balance. You just have to enable the vest call there to unlock it.
