Unable to run repository nova-wallet-ios

I am trying to run this repository locally https://github.com/novasamatech/ using Xcode 15.4 (15F31d) on Sonoma 14.5 (23F79), but i'm getting the attached error. What are the instructions to run it locally so I can overcome the attached error. I can't see any setup instructions in the README file.

Hey hey! You need to do pod install first in the project directory. Then try to build and run the project using Xcode.
