Utilities for schedule updates

Problem: The processs of updating schedules takes about 5 minutes of repetitive human labor, and can be streamlined.

Todos

• Consider moving the repo of fuv-scrapper into this repo
• Create a pipeline: scrap schedule (headless, nicely format JSON, include timestamp) -> report differences with existing schedule
• Automatically retrieving the "time updated" from the schedule file (instead of the config file as of now)
