Look into an alternate PHPDoc generator #11
Description
We currently use phpDocumentor2 with phpdoc-md to produce these docs, which, to be honest, are fairly unsatisfying and not as helpful as I'd hoped they would be.
We use ESDoc with GitHub Pages for npr/npr-one-api-js-sdk, and the results are much nicer. It may be worth looking into something similar for this project as well.
