PWM API needs work #524
Description
In the PWM API, there are a bunch of things named period that deal with frequency, there's a gratuitous Hz constant, there's an interaction between setting on-durations and frequency that is not captured by typestate (and would be hard to capture). PR #523 improves the Rustdoc to capture this; API fixes would be better.
