samples: benchmarks: coremark: Enable CPURAD for nRF54H20

Add configuration option CONFIG_SOC_NRF54H20_CPURAD_ENABLE
to the nrf54h20dk_nrf54h20_cpuapp.conf file to enable
CPURAD support for the nRF54H20 platform.
