manifest: Remove ANT revision information

ANT Wireless support is transitioning to the nRF Connect SDK Add-Ons
model from this point forward. Removing the manifest entry for ANT is
the first step in this process. Future ANT for nRF Connect SDK releases
will target tagged nRF Connect SDK revisions with some lag to allow for
alignment. Please contact Garmin Canada at http://www.thisisant.com for
