samples: bluetooth: peripheral_hids_keyboard: enable nfct

Enabled the nfct node for all board targets in the DTS configuration of
the Peripheral HIDS Keyboard sample.

The nfct node configuration can be globally enabled in this project as
all board targets supported in this sample have the NFCT HW peripheral.
